Remuneration
We are aware that not only quality but also costs of services have influence on the level of Client’s satisfaction. The intention of Law Office Lex Lider is to meet individual needs and expectations of our Clients. We understand perfectly how important it is to settle clearly the amount of remuneration before ordering law advising services so that the financial calculation does not surprise in any way our Clients on none of the stages of the case.
Depending on particularly precise needs, range of undertaken activities, expected level of team engagement as well as complexity scale of a case, we propose for providing our services diversified system of payments.
- Hourly remuneration system
It is used mostly in single cases of the Clients not bound with a law office by the contract on fixed law advising services. In this system the height of remuneration depends on the number of hours dedicated to carrying out an order. The hourly rate is settled individually with each client and depends on the type of the case, its level of complexity and the place of providing services.
- Lump sum remuneration system
Amount of remuneration for running a case is settled in advance. This system is used where it is possible to estimate the duration of a case as well as expected necessary amount of labour.
- Remuneration for regular law advising services
It is settled as a monthly lump sum for granting a Client particular hour limit to be used during a month. In such a case hourly rate of a monthly limit is settled in a more preferential way than hourly rate applied when a single order is to be carried out. Orders of the Clients within the regular law advising services are carried out as a priority. The Client gains also other privileges resulting from the status of a regular Client of the Law Office.
